Client Profiles
ISDM’s early clients were traditional direct marketing
companies, especially catalog firms and book and continuity marketers.
Over time, our focused approach, success in developing working relationships
in a variety of corporate cultures, and growing team of experienced
consultants have allowed us to serve an increasingly wide range of firms.
We serve clients with annual revenues of less than $50 million to many
billions, from startups to blue chips.
Our clients include traditional retailers branching out into database
marketing and e-tailing, and financial service firms. They include
consumer and business-to-business firms, reaching their customers and
clients through direct channels, through retail, or even through intensely
personal marketing methods. The common thread among our clients is that customer relationships, and the
data and systems that serve them, are critical to each.
We respect our clients' confidentiality and identify specific firms only in controlled
settings. But they include:
-
Consumer catalog firms, including many of the largest and best known in the
US, as well as small specialty catalogs. We have performed a wide
range of services for these firms, including creating merchandising systems
and managing fulfillment system implementations, in addition to building
marketing databases and decision support systems.
-
A major apparel retailer that hired ISDM to manage the implementation of
fulfillment capabilities for the catalog division it was launching
-
A multi-billion dollar specialty retailer that needed help implementing the
infrastructure for CRM and integrating it with budding e-tailing efforts
-
A major PC software developer that needed help in integrating its
views of customers. We also managed a project to create the
ability to manage consumer privacy preferences.
-
An investment banking firm with offices across the US that hired us to
rescue a project to create an integrated CRM system. We helped them completely
revise their technology and implementation strategy and then successfully
managed the implementation project.
-
A private equity firm that needed an assessment of the technology of a
distribution company it was considering for acquisition
Other clients include:
-
A computer hardware producer
-
A telecommunications firm
-
A major capital leasing firm
-
Collectibles marketers
